Team Prayers at St Johns on Thursday 3rd January at 12.30pm
Tomorrow at 4.30pm Family Crib Service Join us for a candlelit celebration of the Christmas story in drama and song suitable for families with young children. Take part by coming dressed as a character from the Nativity story; Mary, Joseph, Angels, Shepherds and Wise Men are all welcome.
Tomorrow at 11.30pm Midnight Eucharist The traditional Midnight Eucharist of Christmas with favourite congregational carols and music sung by the St John’s Singers.
Tuesday 25th December 8.30am Eucharist and 10.15am Christmas Day Service. This very special Eucharist, much loved by so many people is an ideal way to worship at the start of this special day.
New Years Day Why not start 2019 by spending half an hour praying for the climate in St Mark’s Church Chapter room. 12:30 – 1pm. Excellent topical prayer notes provided. All welcome. Enquiries: email@example.com
Lunchtime Recital at St John’s will be on Friday 25th January at 1pm. Do come along to see the Music Scholars of Kings College School. Coffee and cake available before the recital from 12:30pm. There will be a retiring collection.

‘The Hiding Place’ at St Mark’s on 26TH January:.This is a production by the Lantern Theatre Company, a small, but intensely lively and accomplished group of players. The play depicts the actions of Corrie ten Boom in Holland during the 2nd World War; its courage and its consequences. Ticket will be on sale after Christmas. Enquiries Nick Wolff c/o St Mark’s.
